Returns Policy
MOD Ordnance will accept returns on most merchandise in new condition, with tags and the original packaging. You can return almost any product within 30 days of purchase. Any returns must include your original packing slip and a valid RMA number. All firearms, receivers, and restricted law enforcement items sales are final.
There are no refunds for shipping costs unless you received the wrong product, or the product was DOA.
Prices for products offered via MOD Ordnance may change at anytime, and the products do not provide price protection or refunds in the event of a price reduction.
Any refund is credited to the credit card used for purchase, or mailed to you as a check if another payment method was used.

Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the states. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
